Hangzhou Xialing Interactive Al Service Robot Co., Ltd.Founded in August 2025, Hangzhou Xialing Interactive Intelligent Service Robot Co., Ltd. is jointly invested and established by Xialinghui Intelligent Elderly Care Technology Group, Xihu Interactive Robot, and Westlake University, under the leadership and promotion of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Xihu District, Hangzhou. Based on the core industrial ecosystem of artificial intelligence (AI) in Xihu District, it is a new enterprise focused on the R&D and sales of smart service robots for elderly care, dedicated to upgrading the intelligence level of service scenarios through technological innovation.
The company focuses on the integration of embodied intelligence and multimodal interaction technologies, and deeply engages in the R&D and sales of service robots in the fields of smart elderly care, family companionship, urban management, and nursing assistance. Its products are equipped with capabilities such as autonomous navigation, emotional interaction, and scenario-specific customized services.
On September 1st, the company launched its first intelligent wheelchair robot "Phibo" — the first project in China that integrates an intelligent wheelchair with a robotic arm for nursing home scenarios, with its core technologies leading the nation. In addition to basic functions like autonomous movement, precise obstacle avoidance, and emotional interaction, this product also integrates multiple practical features, including a high-precision robotic arm for object retrieval, elevator interaction control, support for assisting users in standing up, real-time GPS positioning, and health monitoring, comprehensively enhancing the smart elderly care experience for users.
At the end of September, the company released its second product, the "Rouqing" robot, which focuses on emotional companionship, health care, drug management, campus patrol, and IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity for nursing home and community scenarios. Before the Double Ninth Festival (on October 25th), it launched its third product, the "Shibao" robot, specialized in portable emotional companionship, GPS positioning, and one-click emergency call. By the end of December, the company will roll out sensors for fall prevention and alarm, smoke detection, and vital sign monitoring to meet the intelligent needs of the elderly care industry.
The company has built a "R&D-testing-implementation" rapid iteration mechanism in Xihu District, creating a model that combines "Westlake University’s scientific research technology + aesthetic design from the Xihu District Institute of Industrial Design (affiliated to China Academy of Art) + implementation in Xialing’s elderly care business scenarios (a key enterprise in Xihu District)". This forms a demonstration project for the "industry-university-research" collaboration in the elderly care field in Xihu District. The company cooperates with Westlake University to advance the R&D and application of key technologies in AI and robotics, and has signed a project on the appearance design of elderly care robots with the School of Industrial Design, China Academy of Art. This integration deeply embeds humanistic intelligent aesthetics into product design, comprehensively improving the robots’ appearance, interactive experience, and emotional expression. In the future, the company will continue to deepen its presence in the elderly care robot track, accelerate the industrialization of core technologies, provide warm intelligent service solutions for various fields, and contribute to the development of the AI industry in Xihu District.
